INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our app content is provided for your personal and commercial use.We may offer certain portions of our services at no charge and others for a one-time fee (in-app purchase), on a subscription basis or under other pricing structure. In all instances, our services are not being sold to you; rather, you are being granted or purchasing a limited license to use our app. However you are free to create anything you wish with it.You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights of the app itself by downloading and installing our app


SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our subscriptions automatically renews your subscription (monthly or yearly) unless turned off in Account Settings at least 24H before current period ends. To activate your subscription on other devices, use the same Apple ID and select Restore Purchases

All Subscription can be cancelled anytime. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings any time time after purchase


TERMINATION

We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any time to terminate or suspend the app updates or any of its functionalities


ADDITIONAL TERMS

We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of our app or to modify these Terms of Use. In addition, we reserve the right to provide you with operating rules or additional terms that may govern your use of our app. Modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon notice, either by posting on the website, notification by email or through any of our apps. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use from time to time for any changes or additional terms. Your access and use of our Services following any modification of these Terms of Use or the provision of Additional Terms will signify your assent to and acceptance of the same. If you object to any subsequent revision to the Terms of Use or to any Additional Terms, immediately discontinue use of our Services and, if applicable, terminate your Membership
